Is this a regular thing now or are the mission boards broken for some minor factions, Data Delivery mission for 2.8mcr to Colonia, hmm tempting, that might cover fuel and wear and tear they still give you 6days to get there atleast

I am not sure if broken or not, but it sounds not too shabby; I mean I went to Colonia this week, from Sol, and it took me about 4-5 days, not sure, but the explorer in me scanned everything along the way; FSS every system, DSS the bodies who qualified for that. Exploration data value; 221 million CR. So you'd get that 2.8 mil on top of it.
So if you have the time for it, I'd say go for it. It also depends on the delivery time of the mission.

They should appear regularly in the bubble's few Tourism economies and never anywhere else. Been that way since ... 2.3ish? A while, anyway.
If you stack 20 of them the overall payout is pretty decent ... conversely, the fact that you can stack 20 of them means that the individual ones have to pay out terribly. Now, the passenger equivalents, they pay out terribly even when stacked, because people stopped complaining about earning balance once every profession had one ridiculous earner, never mind the utter mess internal balance still is.

I am being a little critical, I mean ALL of the Data Delivery missions for the faction in question were to Colonia so I could have stacked them and made 11.2mcr ... yeah boy mad money..
I have seen them at tourist Stations before but not at Extraction economy outposts was just wondering, had to read the board twice to make sure the seals on my smugglers floor weren't leaking onionhead fumes or something
If you're going to Colonia and looking to make some profit on top of cartographic data, I would recommend flying around the bubble and stacking the passenger missions with a destination in that area. They tend to reward 30-50 million credits - you could easily make under a billion that way.
Maybe I've been out in the black too long, I got it at Sylvester Oasis - Laklano I passed through on the way back into the bubble I thought it was a colony or refinery station last time I went through but it is tourism. the missions were Internal Report Delivery types.
This is why they got limited to Tourism only. During Beta, when they would spawn in any economy, they simply spammed out mission boards meaning you had a substantial chance of coming on "Just to play for an hour and run some missions" only to find everything was out to colonia.

6 Days, so doable, but it would not be the main reason I'd go back out to Colonia, I would definitely go See Tina The Triple Nipple Stripper, I'd do that for free ..
If you are allied with the factions offering the Courier missions to Colonia the payout is even better - up to 3.6 million each.
I pick mine up from Buzhang Ku - Coats Terminal - as I am allied with all bar 1 faction there - the missions can also provide a heap of high-ranked hired killers to provide mats too.
Each mission gives a week for completion - take an easy ride to Colonia after dealing with the hunters and another 100-150 mill in eplo data is common enough, plus a heap of 'rush delivery' bonus offers makes it a reasonable little trip, in my opinion.
