Data from Beta to Live

I'm just curious that the guys who are playing the Beta at the moment and are discovering items of interest on the Codex will then know where to go when it goes live so they get the discovered, or once the codex goes live are these items of interest going to be randomised again???

Probably be the same locations. I do find it a bit annoying that people are using the beta to just get a headstart on finding stuff, though that's more FD's fault than anything. Hopefully there is some new stuff still to find by the end.

I'm pretty confident that the beta is either looking at a snapshot of the starforge as it was not long ago, or even more likely, they are both looking at the exact same galaxy (just the beta has a few extra items). Many things that have been found in beta have been confirmed in live. Therefore, there is nothing to transfer. What was there before will still be there and chapter 4 will add other stuff. Any new stuff discovered in beta will be able to be discovered in live after go-live date.

Whenever I log into the beta my commander save is normally a few days to a week old on my current one.
