Horizons Data Packet payouts nerfed?

I was doing some planetary base running, scanning the data points to get stuff like Cracked Industrial Firmware. I've done a lot of these in the past.

When I do one, I usually scan the CDT (control data terminal) as well, because it gives a moderate payout, which used to be 300-700k.

Today, they gave 1620cr, only.

Has anyone else tried these and found the same?

Can someone post a link where any official source confirms this? It is not on the known issues list and I did not find it in the one dozen of threads I checked about this issue.

If its a Database bug - ie you hit it when you enter the mission screen and then it generates the value - it could b fixed in seconds (I code Big Databases for a living).
Shouldn't need to wait for this long to fix it !
