Szkoda,że DB nie odniósł się w stosunku do prawdziwych problemów graczy
Applied earlier to get a refund on the Lifetime Expansion Pack which was bought from the shop. This is what I said in my 'reasons':
""I pledged on Elite Dangerous' kickstarter because of the promise of an offline mode. I also bought the Elite: Dangerous - Lifetime Expansion Pass based on the original offline mode promise.
Since it has now been officially confirmed that offline mode is no longer an option, I wish to cancel my order and receive a full refund.
Thanking you""
This is what I got back:
""Hello,
Kickstarter pledges are an investment into a project, with the understanding that elements of the initial pitch may change or be removed as development progresses.
The cancellations and returns policy on our site states that pledges are non-refundable, so I cannot offer you a refund on this purchase.
I’m sorry that we cannot assist you further in this instance.
Sincerely,
Support ""
I opened a second ticket and said THIS:
""The above order number refers to the Elite: Dangerous - Lifetime Expansion Pass ... NOT My Kickstarter Pledge. That is a DIFFERENT order number entirely. The Elite: Dangerous - Lifetime Expansion Pass was bought from your shop
I am fully aware that I can not cancel my kickstarter pledge. I WISH TO CANCEL MY Elite: Dangerous - Lifetime Expansion Pass WHICH I BOUGHT FROM YOUR SHOP and get a REFUND.
Thank you""
Must admit... I'm currently slightly on the angry side with this whole thing!!
