Wait, really? Oo Although, I actually like MOBAs. There is depth and complexity. But the community in those games...oh dear.

Campaign or multi player?
I remember grumbling about II at first but really enjoyed going through the campaigns and co-op. MOBA and basebuilding back sound kind of "eh" but I have been wrong so many times before, I don't mind being proven wrong when it's a fun game to play with friends. So I'll need to give this a whirl, never got around to playing the beta...

I don't know. I've just searched for DoW3 gameplay. It just looks like an RTS.
However, even if it is MOBA in multiplayer so what? It might be a decent game, even though in a genre that is different to what was expected. Or it might be a bad game. I'll tell you as it is - 90% of the games under Warhammer license are utter garbage. Because they sell it to literally anybody. DoW was great, second was good. Total War was fantastic. I will struggle to name any other good Warhammer game, even though there are DOZENS. If not hundreds by this point.
