Never known a forum be put up on the games companies own site and not have anyone posting on it for days after it goes up for a game . This to me shows how little interest there is in the game . Having read the info on it though it is basically last years game with a few minor tweaks at the price of a completely new game . it could have been an update or add on by how little seems to have been improved not a full priced seperate game

We have an F1 Discord which is why it's very quiet here.

Yeah I agree. I asked a question here and in the Steam Discussions. Steam got me two answers already and nothing here at all.
So if there's a Discord as well, are the Devs still looking here in the Suggestions category ?

Sad thing is there are plenty of people who do NOT want to use discord especially if there is actually an offical forum on the games makers own site

The fact is that most of the traffic is on Steam, or Discord. There might be plenty of people who don't want to use Discord, but they don't seem to want to post here either.
If you're getting better engagement/responses on Steam, post there. FD have made this forum available, but they can't exactly force people to use it.
