Dear Frontier, let us disassemble modules to get our materials back

With all the changes happening overtime to ship modules making a lot of them plain useless, plus current state of personal weapons in Odyssey, please give us an option to disassemble modules or remove upgrades for a fee to get our materials back.

I am hoarding modules in "storage ships" in case that feature is implemented but I don't know whether it is possible with personal weapons.
