Death by a thousand (or rather 10 thousands) cuts (Pulse Eagle vs Anaconda)

Turns out its pretty easy to kill an Anaconda in the conflict zone in an Eagle with 3 cheapest gimballed pulse lasers. Assuming that they shot 4 times a second, and that the video is 6 mins long, lets cut it in half, as i dont shot ALL the time, i shoot it more than 10k times :p.

The most important thing is to keep using your vertical thrusters. I almost take no damage! The rest is simple, stay out of his front, shot the power plant when its exposed- gimballed pulses are really good at that.

Looks like doing that in a Startwinder is the next challenge ;).

Well, before i made that video i took the Eagle armed with 1 beam laser and two torpedoes... The torpedoes "vanished" (must have been point defence), and i killed a python with just ONE beam laser :p.

Now THAT is more repworthy than the original video, even against an NPC! +1 cmdr!

Ok, i will do it again and record it, just for you :). I just need a better software for recording, the MSI makes those videos really dark...

I counted the laser shots. You actually fired 11487 laser bursts at him. Well done.

In conflict zones you have help and the ship wont keep its concentration 100% on you. Ergo, its much easier and you have more time to pew pew pew.

True, but the Conda in the video (also elite :p) is shoting the frag turrets at me pretty often and it doesnt even take one ring of my shields down. Anyhow, challenge accepted- Pirate Lord, prepare your... power plant!

It's not a bad game but I feel it would have been better off as an expansion to BL2 than trying to stand as a full game itself.

I found the pre sequel pretty good, it had some things that were worse. But then other additions which were good. Rather big BL fan though, I had somewhere around 400 hours in to BL2.
