General Gameplay Debate on reproduction and baby in JWE

Your Feature Request / Idea
I see a lot of talk about adding reproduction and baby dino to the game, and a lot of critics say that it has nothing to do with the game will be useless, so I have my own opinion, like that it will be a good addition and here are the reasons:

1. Already from the first film it seems to me, there is already reproduction (scene with Alan Grant and the discovery of a nest, and Ian malcom who says that life always finds a way)
2. The addition of this will give a second reason to the sale of dinosaurs, other than to change the species in an enclosure.
3.This will add the possibility to make mini zoo with herbivore (Jurassic World) that can be care a big building or we can put a number of baby or a new style of wall to make the size that we want
4. this will add some difficulty also because the pen will have to be managed because as small they can not add population capacity but once adult if

But as it would be a lot of work for Frontier and a huge addition I see it as a dlc like the one on Dr. Wu, but this time it will be on Owen Grady with Blue's learning and evolution as a mission. Delta, Charlie and Echo that would make it possible to have JW's 4 iconic raptor as a lot too

I don't think it would be useless, but add a lot of depth to the game, specially if using the gene-splicing system to randomly select those breeding species and having the babys counting towards social needs and the like. That would provide much more inmersion and draw the game closer to the franchise.

But I also agree with people not wanting them now. I think the game needs much, much more work before thinking of them. There are lots of things to improve and to add before thinking of enterprising such an arduous task. I would gladly pay for a DLC as such, though. And I definitively would like them instead of hybrids.

I do not say that it will be an immediate addition because as you say it will require a lot of work and I think it will be rather in the last dlc, because there is already a lot of other more interesting and useful content that should see the day before, I just give my opinion, because I saw many people being against this idea without giving any valid reason, nor to seek against the addition and the possibilities that it would offer.

As of now I think the consensus with the critics is that it just isnt a high priority compared to the tons of other things that could flesh out the game. With baby's they would have to make completely new models for like 50+ dinos and then they would have to do them for future dinos meaning they would probably do less dlc dinos which is bad. I would rather they flesh out the game as they have been doing and get us stuff the game sorely needs like decorations and enclosure customization or even rehauling how guests and shops work.

Not saying its a bad idea or shouldnt be done but it would make me worry about the future of the game if they did it this soon.

I think it would be a great addition to the game, but we all agreed that there are more important updates that should come first

If breeding does become a thing I would only want them to breed if they have any sort of frog DNA. Thus having a reason to modify your dinosaurs so they don't breed

As I say from the beginning, this is not an addition that I wish now, rather than just months before the first film dinosaurs can reproduce and so if Frontier wants to stay faithful to the film, it could to be a future interesting addition, then your idea that this is a gene to add I think it's not a good solution but rather as reproduction means presence of male and female for that either when you incubate your dino you can choose their sex if it's random, you're going to keep dino of the same sex, and at worst if you really want a gene then it will be rather a gene to make them sterile.

Then I will see to add more usefulness to the baby, the children will be able to recover part of the note of prestige of their parent which would allow to have dino with a better note of prestige being so far as to beat, because after all , all the dinos are not able to beat that.
