debris field? !

can't remember where i was but saw one of these the other night. Dropped in and it was - as described i guess - a debris field that looked like a load of blown up Clippers.

What's that all about then?!

If I remember correctly - those supposedly appear for a short while in areas with very recently-ceased Confict Zones.

From what I've read... nothing else to them, at least not that I'm aware of. I don't think it's yet possible (was discussed) to "mine" some illegal salvage i.e. with a Mining Laser off the debris.

Ah that kinda makes sense because i think there was a cz there recently.

When I visited one it spawned a constant supply of three ~master ranked small to medium pirates over and over again.

It was brilliant. But they don't hang around for long.

They appear to some extent or another at weak signal sources, sometimes theres quite a lot of wrecks and no cargo. Same way theres sometimes tons of cargo and barely any debris.
