Debris on Outpost?

Just noticed some debris sitting on an Outpost...anyone ever see anything similar before 1.5 / 2.0?

I re-logged in just to see if it was constant and it was still there.

Yup, I noticed wreckage like that on a couple of outposts a few months ago. I can't remember exactly where, and have no idea what version, but it's definitely not new.

I bought the game just before 1.2, and I was seeing this debris on outposts back then..
