Dedicated keybinds for Left/Right panels subtabs

This would be especially useful to allow more sophisticated macros creation for VoiceAttack, e.g. "Request Docking" etc.
Would be REALLY nice to have them!

Personally I would love key binds with toggles for all of the functions so I could use one of these: http://www.saitek.com/uk/prod/switch.html
For me it would add so much to the immersion.
