Recently, I have been trying to get back into Elite after a long break to play other games. For context, I have two accounts: one that I have from steam (no Horizons) and one that I have directly from the Frontier store (Horizons). On my steam install, I have been trying to do some deep core mining, but I can't find seismic charge launchers anywhere. I checked eddb.io, and every station that I have checked that is supposed to have them does not have them. I specifically remember that I have done deep core mining on this account before, but I am not sure if I am remembering correctly. Is it a Horizons only thing? I would check myself, but my horizons CMDR is currently in the middle of nowhere. Is the problem that seismic charge launchers are suddenly very rare, that they are only in Horizons, or that eddb is not updating currently?

No, I'm setting up a T6 for mining. I take it seismic charge launchers are class 2 and above? (its been a while, and I didnt really check the hardpoints...)
Yep, there are no small seismic charges.
