So, I made a nice habitat for my caimans and due to general dumbness, I didn't make the deep part deep enough the fish feeder, which I solved by simply burying it in the rock - it still releases fish so yay ... but is that what triggers the dive for the caimans or will the lack of depth prevent it despite the temptation of the working fish feeder. Because of weirdities of the glass barrier, if I remove the water, I can't return it so I can't dig any deeper.
