Interesting game this one: You're one of four space-dwarves who go down to planets and mine valuable materials in underground caverns, until hordes of spiders and other unpleasantries start swarming you.
It's surprisingly polished and "feels right". It's also very atmospheric and evokes that sinking feeling that you're going deeper than you should...
As far as I can glean from 4 hours of playtime there's three major issues:
1) It's a bit light on content for the price, though there's a lot of areas in the lobby area that obviously are going to be filled with more features soon.
2) The multiplayer doesn't work most of the time, and you just can't get into certain games. Very annoying since it means you simply cannot arrange games with specific friends reliably.
3) People are griefing in this game: They host games and let people play until the very end, then they kick everyone else so that they are the only ones getting the loot and XP. They're mining salt, plain and simple, which works well because games tend to take half an hour or longer. And yep, you guessed it: There's people on the forums defending this behavior, saying that the "host has the right to kick who he wants" and such nonsense. I'm just waiting until they claim that being kicked is actually good for you, or something along those lines. There's also people who don't use ziplines, people who don't understand that running back to the start before calling the droppod doesn't work, and general cluelessness paired with overconfidence. But then again, that's not exactly special to this game
It's a fun game though. And the classes complement each other quite nicely. The music and overall tone fits perfectly, somewhere between grim and lighthearted.
