Defect Hudson, join Patreus

So, am I the only one upset with the pacifier frag cannon?
I guess not.

same power draw, less dps, just a little more accurate, but be honest, we still have to see the white of our enemies eyes to shoot it.
and with it's tighter spread is even more difficult to hit! if we wanted something like that we would use a regular cannon!

Advantaged accelerator gives triple ammo, 20 round per clip, halved termal load and double the fire rate.

Let's defect this liar called Hudson and join a man who can give our Vultures a proper weapon.

Actually the pacifiers just a flat upgrade to me, I am however doing exactly what your titles suggests but was always my plan :p

To be disappointed with it you'd first have had to assume that it would be anything else than awful. I'm not trying to blame you or anything, but the moment the Pacifier was announced everyone I spoke with assumed it would be complete trash.

I didn't :p I signed up and got exactly what I came for, like realistically almost nobody uses frags anyway I assumed it would be a longer range tighter spread frag, which is exactly what it is. The fact it really didn't lose any damage is a bonus

the real rewards are in the faction bonuses anyways and i think Hudson has one of the better ones whit the bounty bonus.
Patreus is just meh, 10% discount to weapons? why care about that when there is no outfitting cost anyways and you get 100% of your money back every time you change weapons?

I defected from Hudson because he doesn't pay good credits. But yea, the frag cannon is ... meeeh. I'd rather prefare the Railgun or Plasma gun but my FDL has so many power issues QQ

Yes, defect because your baubles are pants! Prove how shallow you really are ;)

Your following a pixel square I could create in photoshop in 6 minutes like an ideological god and were the shallow ones? ;)
lead
hahahaha that was fun, still i'd love to have a system that I wouldn't flip-flop in but there aren't any meaningful rewards and the systems just aren't set out to encourage loyalty to me, the whole system is setup to lead to a maximum power size so its not like you can "win" you'll just go up and down with respect to the other factions trending to infinity :p

On an ideological ground I would never back Hudson anyway, I supported him as a mercenary in return for his space shotgun, now that I have attained it we must part ways.

If you defect from Hudson and get your plasma cannon, Hammer or whatever, can you then defect back to Hudson?
Does anyone know if this is possible?

Yes it is. you just wont be able to buy a new one before you go back to Patreus for another 4 weeks (not saying insurance doesnt give it back).
You can also just leave a power (and all merits as well of course).

Thanks for the answer.
I hate to do it but I'm might have to take a 4week leave of absence from the noble Patreus and help Arrisa. I really would like some of those Hammers on my Courier and Cobra. I'm telling myself it's not so much an act of disloyalty as I'm keeping my PP 'in the family' but I do feel a bit dirty doing this.
