Defend-Base type Missions

Instead of you attacking a base, and always being able to run away, instead your mission is to defend a base in your SRV for 10 minutes, as wave after way of skimmers attack, until boss skimmers (goliaths) come after you. Eventually, ships show up, and you have to desperately hide under other structures until they pass by.

I can only imagine if with the Thargoids we could have defend station missions.

Imagine an alien battle ship dropping out of the hyperspace and starting to shot at the station you are in.
This could make a more dynamic galaxy as entire stations could be wiped out!
