Okay, Commanders, I'm as salty as many others after the latest glorious patch. So let's have some fun. What 'minor adjustments' in life have you noticed recently?

I noticed a 'minor adjustment' to the value of the pound in international currency markets, post Brexit.

Also, just a few days ago there was a 'minor adjustment' to the physical health and well being of Leonard Cohen.

Let's hear about some more 'minor adjustments'.

Yeah, well we took the wagon wheel size change like a 'man'. Along with the Americanized name changes to a lot of British made confectionary.

As it's nearly year-end and that type of conversations are happening, I had a chat with my boss and suggested a minor adjustment to my pay. He agreed, but somehow was thinking that 80% are a bit off the chart. I explained that that's all true, but my pay is depending on many factors, has to be checked at least 12 times a year, there's inputs I'm not in control of and that it'll be fun to tweak if over the next year. I also explained that due to the dynamic nature of pay, there are some extreme edge cases but it just adds to the excitement.

I'm not sure he saw the light, but it was worth a try!
