Definition of anarchy systems

I've been doing a long exploration run and I've come across MANY "anarchy" systems with no planets and therefore no outposts or starports?

How can these be classed as anarchy when there is no "life" in them? Surely they should be "none"

I concur. Although the Greek definition of anarchy includes the term "without leaders". Whilst the general definition refers to society, as there are no leaders in the system it could be an anarchic system, however, to lead you need people. The systems as you state should either be called "none" or "once we have enough people here they will be anarchic without leaders". Yours is more succinct.

Been thinking more about "Anarchy". The prefix "An" means without, anaemia etc. "Archy" is a bloke from Scotland. So Anarchy systems must be the only place in the entire Galaxy that do not contain any of our beloved Scottish brethren.:D

Whilst they're labelled as anarchy because there is no government, they appear as "none" in the galaxy map when being highlighted by government type. So anarchies with economies (i.e. populated) are orange, empty systems are grey.
