Definitive location for praseodymium?

Can someone tell me where I can definitely get praseodymium? I just want to go there, get it, leave. Mining is not my thing.

Any pristine metallic planetary ring will do. I get mine at HIP 93377, 4th planet inner ring.

Kehperi has Praseodymium. Contact Shlong Star, I will give you a location. 18% of the rocks in that system carry that mineral in the rings.
