Deleting challenge mode saves

Just a quick question, I don’t wanna sound stupid, but can you delete challenge mode saves and keep your skin unlocks?

Yes. In fact, I usually have four saves per island for challenge mode, in case I REALLY screw up and need to go back farther. Because of this, I have to delete previous challenge mode islands, but I still have the skins for those.
