Newcomer / Intro Deliver 4 units of grain.

Ok, so i started yesterday and took the first mission. It was to provide 4 units of Grain to LHF-3447(iirc) system.

Now i have been to 8 stations and was unable to buy it. I have my galaxy map set to show travel routes for grain and now i see arrows pointing in and out of the system.
I checked in both types of systems but i still i was unable to buy Grain.
Is there a "trading for dummies" tutorial that would help me understand the trade routes and trading as a whole ?

Also, you might find that not every station in the systems that do export grain will sell grain. You may have to go to a different station.

Better off doing the missions where they provide the cargo for you. You can tell the difference because these ones have fines for not completing them.

Well afaik this mission has no fine or credit reward, only rep.

Ah... there is a good reason to do those missions. The more rep you have with a particular faction, the better paid and more interesting are the missions that follow.

I did such a mission for the fed and now I'm a cadet. Mind you, I'm awol... heading to the Alliance...
