Summary COMPLETED
System: Harma
Station: Gabriel Enterprise (Coriolis Starport, large pads available, 258 Ls from main star, 143.04 Ly from Sol)
Objective: Deliver Ceramic Composites, Semiconductors, Polymers and Water Purifiers
Time limit: 22nd April 3307 @ 06:00 UTC

Description
The Kumo Crew syndicate has launched an initiative to construct up to five starports.
Kavanagh Spaceframes Ltd, an independent construction company, has been privately contracted by the Kumo Council to build fully operational Orbis stations. These will be located in uninhabited systems close to key trading regions and areas of commercial interest.
The Pegasi Sentinel newsfeed featured this statement from Archon Delaine:
As sovereign ruler of the Kumo nation, it’s my responsibility to increase prosperity for the systems under my protection. My new starports will extend our reach and boost trading of all kinds… legitimate and otherwise.
I have also placed bounties on the heads of anyone who dares to interfere with my plans. The one thing we never trade in is mercy.
The Razor Whips, one of Delaine’s loyal factions, is organising the campaign. It will reimburse pilots who deliver ceramic composites, semiconductors, polymers and water purifiers to Gabriel Enterprise in the Harma system.
Each completed tier will ensure the installation of an Orbis station by the 29th of April 3307. The starports will be located in the following systems, listed in order of priority:
  • Pegasi sector PN-T C3-14, near the Harma system
  • HIP 18390, near the California Nebula
  • HIP 10792, near the Sothis system
  • HIP 62154, in the Coalsack Nebula
  • Eol Prou PC-K c9-91, in the Colonia region
The initiative begins on the 15th of April 3307 and will run for one week. If the final target is met earlier than planned, the campaign will end immediately.
To earn rewards, you must sign up as an active participant before delivering ceramic composites, semiconductors, polymers and water purifiers to Gabriel Enterprise in the Harma system.
Be aware that faction-state changes and other disruptive events can negatively impact markets and station services, and could prevent the initiative from running smoothly.
Notes:
  • Since this is a Kumo Crew initiative, CG commodities sold at he Black Market WILL count towards the targets - YAR!
  • Station services: Commodities Market, Black Market, Shipyard, Outfitting, Repair, Restock, Refuel
  • Prices at Gabriel Enterprise:
    • Ceramic Composites: 3,144 Cr/T
    • Semiconductors: 8,760 Cr/T
    • Polymers: 2,464 Cr/T
    • Water Purifiers: 3,288 Cr/T

Could somebody detail the rules behind tourist mission destinations again, please? What is going to happen to Robigo runs with another populated system within reach, if the HIP 10792 station is built at tier 3?

The tourist missions themselves? Probably fine - and you might even be able to pick them up from 10792 as well. They target beacons rather than inhabited systems, so an extra station isn't a big deal.

You would get some crowding-out on the boards from local non-tourist missions, which could then start up, but my experience from similar situations elsewhere is that you should still be able to load up a full set of tourists.

So only if more tourist beacons are in vicinity, stacking will get more difficult.?

An opportunity to expand human presence in places like the California Nebula and Colonia? Sounds awesome. Time to dust off my big cargo vessel again.

if that target is going to change it would have to be done before tier 1 is reached (3m), otherwise the quantities per station will be out

Why? If they multiply it by 3 or 5 or what then the status of tier 1 done gets reset. I see not a big problem in this.

if tier 1 is done by 3m and they increase each tier above what is delivered at that time what happens to T1? does it get undone?
and say they leave it at 3m, then each tier after is increased by x amount what would happen if tier 5 is not reached?
if they could "build" a station for 3m why do the ones not reached need more

or am I over thinking it?
