I don't know how the Likedeeler of Colonia handle it, but despetate efforts is not a german thing. We just like doing challenges to see how good we are

My FC is positioned there. I hope there will be some PP going on up there sometimes...

As I refer german things to be simply keep up working (and see what the BGS does lately). What else can I do ;-)

There is no chance ever of PP getting to Colonia, mainly as it would destroy a powers CC in one go. It would cost something like three million CC each week to keep a Colonia bubble

Maybe some new mini-powers

For sure, the cubble (Colonia-Bubble) is too small for the powerply we know frome the bubble. But for me it sounds like a funny idea. Maybe each System with a big base in the cubble can be a controlling system

An old anecdote:

Ages ago, when Jaques was parked near the Kumo / Utopia powers I was with Utopia and almost expanded into Jaques as an experiment to see what would happen if he moved- its where I found out the hilarity of the CC cost if he had- it would be an instant - million CC deficit, so for at least one cycle you'd have a very odd and remote PP bubble
