Summary
System: Bd+05 1146
Station: Ellis Gateway (Orbis starport, large pads available, 232 Ls from main star, 99.82 Ly from Sol)
Objective: Deliver Atmospheric Processors, Auto-Fabricators, Structural Regulators and Water Purifiers
Time limit: 17th December 3306 @ 06:00 UTC

Description
Commodities are requested to create new settlements for Marlinist refugees who fled from the Empire to the Federation.

Sirius Corporation has offered to resolve the current standoff between superpowers by establishing colonies where the refugees can live independently.

Li Yong-Rui, CEO of Sirius Corporation, summarised his proposal:
It is clear that the Marlinists cannot return to the Empire, and are a destabilising presence within the Federation. We offer an alternative by constructing permanent habitats for their population. These will be self-governed and may freely trade with the galactic community.
Sirius cannot stand by while the risk of interstellar war increases. I sincerely hope this leads to a more stable and profitable period for us all.
Traders are asked to deliver Atmospheric Processors, Auto-Fabricators, Structural Regulators and Water Purifiers to Ellis Gateway in the Bd+05 1146 system. From there, the Omega Merchant Command will distribute resources for the colonisation of up to ten uninhabited systems which will be ready in early 3307.
Each completed tier will provide the resources to populate two systems, listed in order of priority:

  • HIP 22550 and Hyades Sector RO-P b6-6
  • LP 659-31 and Hyades Sector LX-T c3-30
  • Hyades Sector SU-C a14-1 and Hyades Sector RO-P b6-2
  • Hyades Sector VP-N b7-4 and Hyades Sector AB-M b8-2
  • Hyades Sector YA-M b8-1 and Hyades Sector TJ-P b6-6
The initiative begins onthe 10th of December 3306 and will run for one week. If the final target is me earlier than planned, the campaign will end immediately.
To earn rewards, you must sign up as an active participant before delivering Atmospheric Processors, Auto-Fabricators, Structural Regulators and Water Purifiers to Ellis Gateway in the Bd+05 1146 system.
Be aware that faction-state changes and other disruptive events can negatively impact markets and station services, and could prevent the initiative from running smoothly.
Notes:
  • Ellis Gateway is orbiting planet 5
  • Station services: Commodities Market, Shipyard, Outfitting, Repair, Restock, Refuel
  • Prices at Ellis Gateway:
    • Atmospheric Processors: 1,888 Cr/T
    • Auto-Fabricators: 15,452 Cr/T
    • Structural Regulators: 7,804 Cr/T
    • Water Purifiers: 1,644 Cr/T

Populating systems, this is something that can be noticed in Powerplay

Looks like we're giving a hand to LYR at this week.

Oh, ok... Back to big ships then.
Btw if you haul don't forget to sign up for both CGs and hope for many interdictions!

FC needed to make good profits on this CG from day one...
GFSD equiped cutter can make a lot of money quickly but wil be slower than FC. ~8million per run
Local station pay very poorly < 20Ly...

Yea Marlinist to ammonia worlds .. I'm sure Thargoid will greet them with open mandibles .. cheering at them on their deTargoidFormed planets.
There is lot of better worlds and much closer and yet Sirrus takes great pain and cost to settle them on planets full of wonderful opportunities.
I can't find word fitting praise that such selfless act deserve.
;)

As freshly naturalized Imperial citizen if find it .. poetic.

A reward I'd like to see is a Guardian FSD Booster that goes MORE than 10.50ly. Like 20 or 30lys more! Same for the Combat reward. Edit: What about the Guardian inverse FSD, ;D

Yes, when I saw Sirius Athmo, I thought "that was quick! Use them as a meat shield in Coalsack to see what Thargoids think of Marlinist :D

Looks like Coalsack would be too much of a poke though.

A note on the CG article writing (for avoidance of doubt, I mean in game, not here).

One has to read both CG descriptions to get the total information - for example, only the "protect" says that both Feds and Imperials accepted this (on a condition, so we'll see). Because the text is otherwise very similar, it's a bit...

That could be the intention, but if not, I suggest:
  • either get all the info in both texts, differentiating only on the end (protect/deliver)
  • have a GN article that has the shared text + just a short text on each CG. Which, IMO would be the best solution, as that tells the players of both CG and the CGs themselves are to the point.

Is there any connection between last weeks company Sirius Atmospherics and this weeks Sirius Corporation?

Um Fdevs, is this a joke? While making new stations is always nice, why have it going on, during a time, most people are going to be getting 3x the credits for exploration data?

Yea I suppose there is a small fraction of players who only does PvP/PvE, and a even smaller group of players who do trade only, but wouldn't it make more sense to space these events out more?
