Newcomer / Intro Delivery mission error

Hello. I'm new in game and i have a problem.
It's not the first time it is happening but,my delivery mission got stuck.
So, I accept the quest, i collect the cargo, i travel to the "delivery adress", and the quest don't see the items in my cargo.
It is anoying, because if i dump the cargo, i can't collect again, because i collected, and if i drop the quest, i get fine.
How can i fix this?

Hmm. sounds very wierd. Tried reloging game when docked at the delivery station? Most certainly you done that. But still, other then that i dunno..

A screen-shot of the mission details in the Transactions tab of your Left-Hand UI would help us see if there is an issue.

A couple of things to check:

Are you sure you actually collected the cargo properly from the mission panel ?
You run up the total with the + key and then you have to press the collect button.
Check if this stuff is actually in your cargo hold.

When you get to the delivery spaceport or planetary base the delivery is made through the missions option. Different mission deliveries go to different factions. You might have to switch factions to get it to show. Look for the little yellow circle with a tiny exclamation mark inside.

Did you complete the mission within the specified time ?

That "collect" button isn't as obvious as it could be. It's the section between the - and the +

As Maenden says, the delivery is via the mission board. Check to see if there's a ! there. If there is, it's normally the under the first faction in the list - if not, cycle through the others. You'll see one where is another - and - to hit + on to deliver everything.
