Delivery mission question

HI all

I picked a deliver this data package mission from Shinrarta Dezhra, but as you can see from my image below there are several things I am not sure about.



Firstly I attempted to take the advice given (data only) so I went to Tvasuki and deliver the info underlined in blue, but there was no way to hand over, despite what it says underlined in green.
OK then I take a look and see that there is this additional information about items Mechanical Equip 1 and 4 Power Convertors...

My question is, is firstly is this mission bugged? Or is it that despite what it says about not needing to have cargo space, I am required to get the 5 items listed additionally and if so, does anyone know where I can Mechanical Equipment that is materials and not a commodity? I believe the power converters can be bought, right?
Would sure appreciate an response from those in the know or anyone who has successfully done this mission.

The reward for completing the mission includes cargo.
You will need enough cargo space to accepted this part of the reward

Ok I will try it again, but I suspect it might be bugged, because when I unloaded my cargo, I still couldn't hand off things. However I will double check.

As Figure 11 said you need cargo space to hand in this mission, just drop in a small cargo, then sell the cargo, and swap back you module to what it was before.

The mission will not be on the board if you do not have the space free for the cargo reward you have earned. Clear space and mission will appear.
