Deluxe animals not showing up at all in the trade center atm

Currently, neither of the three deluxe species show up in the trade center (franchise). Even not while using the workaround with some filters being set.
When will this stop, finally? I understand that by buying the deluxe version I only purchased the right to buy them in the lagging trading center. But not being able to buy them at all is not satisfying.

Will these problems (since release) continue for the new DLC?

Assumptions

You Have Deluxe
You have no Animal filters apart from Pygmy Hippo,Komodo Dragon, Thomsons Gazelle
No other filters (male female CC or credits etc)
you have tried it more than once and a few hours apart

if you meet ALL the assumptions id get onto Frontier and raise a ticket

Overall, this problem should be resolved, there is no doubt about it. I'm just wondering if you meant it the other way around.

additional filters set -> no animals
additional filters not set -> quite a few animals - many Komodos, several Thomson's and some Pygmy Hippos (only the last ones are rare and expensive)

At least, that's my experience the last time I checked it yesterday and today before the servers were shut down for maintenance / updating

sure, I had been suceesfully dealing with this problem several times before. And I am not supposed to do it a few hours apart? I paid money for this. I've tried it for 30 minutes continuously. And for the issue tracker - where all bug reports are marked "expired" after two weeks? That's no solution at all, nor helpful.

The reason I say a few hours apart is this is a market it is possible using the swiss cheese model that it is a low possibility that you have no Dragons on sale, it is a low possibility that you have no hippos on sale. but there is still a possibility that two other unconnected possibilities line up and although you may want to blame it on the game it might be bad luck, a few hours apart and that swiss cheese may no longer line up

If it does still -report it. It sounds like the game thinks you only have basic not deluxe

I appreciate your help - but it's the same for all of the three deluxe animals as other contributors wrote, while you get offerings for every other animal in the game (at least several times within 30 minutes).
