Deluxe Edition Extra Goodies

Hello, I was wondering that If I get a second account, and buy Deluxe Edition there, can I claim the skins & bobble head at my main account?
Or will they be tied to the Frontier account I purchase them?
I'm thinking to buy directly from frontier store not Steam.
Or is it possible to make the purchase as gift with my main account, do I get separate keys for skins & bobble head, horizons and elite?

Sorry if it has been asked before But I couldn't find it.

I bought the Elite Delux edition and it just added the extra goodies to the account I purchased. So I kinda answered my own question. Maybe others who want to get their second account might find it usefull.
