As title. If I'm in a CZ I don't care about the NPC's dumbfire spam at another NPC on the other side of the zone, I want it to give me something I can kill.
Deprioritise dumbfires and seekers that are not targeting you in "target highest threat"

I understand the point of view, I think some kind of setting like the turret modes might be good though, as I actually use target nearest threat to shoot down missiles in some cases.
