Descent was a pretty cool game back in the day one of the first ones where I used to play my brother and it had your name on the ship so you would fly by each other and know who it is. remember thinking that was very cool first MMO? Probably not but fun play. Used to play that and Command and Conquer against each other over the new DSL technology at the time. Lots of laughs

Nope... Descent Underground is made by a bunch of folks who left Star Citizen and bought the Descent name from Interplay who owned it. They kept the name but couldn't make anything with because there was a legal fight with the team that made the Descent games (the team making Overlord now) over unpaid royalties.

Overload is the true Descent sequel busy the original team and not just some guys who bought the name...

5 hours 20k left.

I only played D3 a few years ago, despite it being over 10 years old then! It's a great game (as is it's predecessors) and I had great fun completing it.

I'm so glad a new sequel is in the works and I've backed it. I just hope they achieve the funding.
