This is the current generic description of some assets and while it was sufficient prior to Colonization it seems lacking in detail afterwards.
A better example of what is requested already exists in the game.
Note the specificity of asset description here compared to the generic one that precedes it.
The Asclepius Medical Asset could at least list most of the same information but add that it is an Asclepius class asset. This would bring the Asset alive and also aid people visually identifying colonization assets even without looking at such a information page every time.
