It's the Federal Assault Ship (FAS) it's a lot bigger than the DB range and flies like a Vulture but has none of the power issues, it's also a great planetary lander.

That's cool I'm saving up for the Clipper, but it's extremely hard to get to the Baron rank in the Empire. Good luck out there
