Detailed surface scanner anomaly

Why after 2 years of updates, patches and bug reports does the surface scanner still show 0.60mw power requirement in the outfitting Ui when we all know it does not use any power. What am i missing here.

Frontier cant be that inept there must be some explaination. especially after the recent outfitting Ui overhaul.

Just curious if anyone knows anything about this.
 
Yea, after three major updates plus the weekly reboots there's still no curved commodity screen in VR (all the other screens are), and the map sidebar is at the wrong angle. How hard can it be to curve a screen? (I'm not a programmer), tho as I only live two hours from Cambridge I may just drive down there and offer to do it for them...

Not sure how hard that fix is i'm afraid but i bet its harder then changing one bleedin number from 0.60 to 0.00..:)
