Dev diaries roadmap?

Based on the initial Odyssey announcement, it seems that there will be 4 dev diaries in total.
  1. One Giant Leap - 18.08.2020.
  2. Forge Your Own Path - 29.09.2020.
  3. Assemble Your Crew - ?
  4. The Sphere of Combat - 17.12.2020.
Now, if they want to spread those videos evenly across the next few months, the next one should be aired probably 2 months from now, probably early October.

Updated with airing dates. Dev Diary #2 came earlier than predicted, which is a good thing. The naming convention seems it will be consistent, so we can probably expect some news about social hubs, outposts and gear/weapons upgrading (new engineers introduced?) in the next diary.

They decided to go for #4 before #3. I will leave the original post as is and will update accordingly. I'm guessing that the last Dev Diary will hit sometime in February, based on current trend.

Probably true, I dont get anyone who can complain about something yet to be made, let alone released or paid for....

I'm looking forward to thendev diaries, I loved the original one's, they were brilliant.

I guess the only one there that doesn't quite slot obviously into one of those initial topics is 'environments'. Possibly they'll do a bonus art breakdown vid on the news surfaces / flora etc?

Yeah, the only thing more certain than the appearance of such posts is that people will preemptively complain about them. ;)

My guess is we'll receive one dev diary per month, approximately, with a follow-up livestream to talk about the dev diary and what it contains.
