Just lost my Type-9 when i gave in to an interdiction.. GAVE IN, and my FSD-drive went on a 40 second CD
instead of the supposed 10 second WHEN GIVING IN . It's 40 sec when you are sucessfully interdicted against your will...
Sounds like you should submit a ticket, because that's not right. If you definitely submitted before trying to fight back, so there was no chance of losing the interdiction.
Zeroing your speed doesn't happen instantaneously. It can take a few seconds, depending on how fast you are going when you zero the throttle. It's possible your ship simply hadn't slowed down enough and the attacker won the mini-game.
