Unfortunately, people will look for any reason to sue a company. Why earn money when you can steal it, legally? Some people are born worthless.

thing is, the skins pain treshold is 55°C on average, and skin damage can start occuring around 60°C.

needless to say should one spill it's coffe on its lap, if it has just been poured, he could sustain up to 2nd degree burn :)

Yeah, I take your point but my parents taught me that when I was 2 years old, I also burned my finger on a sparkler when I was 5, it was by then I realised that ALL hot things can burn :)

You missed the silly judge that awarded said payment - should be hunted down and removed from any position of responsibility.

LOL! - I tried, I was going to bring it back to earth and let them beef up the transmitter and slap some shield cells on but alas, the solar panel would not fold up :( - Was going to drop it back all shiny and new lol
