Diamondback and Courier discount - not active yet?

Just went to Hamilton Gatewayx in Wolf 406. Diamondback Scout is there for 564k. EDShipyard lists this as the regular price for the base model. Is the discount not active or does it only apply to the Explorer version?

What about the Courier discount at Baker Terminal, Achenar? Already active? I was somewhat counting on that being available on day 1.

Meh. Its so cheap it doesn't even matter. You can make 7 mil/hour easy.

Achenar courier was like 2.1 or 2.2 i think.

Rebuy cost is affected by purchase price. Therefore, the price has a lasting effect. I found the DB Explorer is discounted in Wolf 406, the Scout is not. Probably always been meant that way.
