It's not an explorer in any way, FD really dropped the ball on the description. It's a long-range fighter/interceptor/escort for larger ships in pvp. 1v1 vs viper/cobra is fairly even and should be great fun. PVE, great RES-hunter in that you'll not take many hits and still take down 'condas and whatnot.

If you're from eve, this is your tackler. fit A-interdictor and let your homies pound on the target.

But instead spend all your time fuel scooping on the way.

Being good at interdiction and a chase (or running away) is a fair point though.
