Diamondback Explorer military grade bulkheads - where?

Looked in a lot of high tech worlds, cannot find any kind of bulkhead upgrade for
my diamondback explorer. Anyone any ideas?

They should be available at any station that sells the DBX. I don't think the system type has anything to do with it - the shipyard must have your ship for sale and the outfitter will have the armor upgrades for that ship.

Armour for ships is only sold at stations that also sell those ships.

Click on the icon/tab for "stations"

Then at the top right where it says "modules" type in hull... and you will get the hull reinforcement package options for various ships.
Choose yours.
Set a reference station i.e. where you are then click "find stations"...
