Diamondback Explorers Spamming Haz Res?

Recently I've been seeing high numbers of small pad ships in haz res sites being almost exclusively diamondback explorers. It was always normal to see a couple, but seeing 10 or so of these at the same time is odd. Is there a new push to have DbX acquire street cred?

Last night I was jumping around some rings doing mining and res hunting and noticed a high amount of DBX's as well. I think every single time I jumped into a hot spot it was DBX that popped up, which was odd.
