Ships Diamondback Fuel Scoop - Another Typo?

I just did a quick verification in game, and the Diamondback is the ONLY ship in the game that has a lower class Fuel Scoop than the FSD. All of the other ships have either an equal class fuel scoop or higher. This has to be a mistake right? On a ship that billed as an "explorer"?

Compared to all the other "combat-explorers" in the game that can trade as well, I am wondering why this poor little ship is being singled out for this special honor?

Just to clarify the scooping is significant:

In a Cobra I can refuel before the FSD cooldown timer is up. In an DB that will be an extra 6 seconds of refueling. While that might not seem like much. On a trip to Sgr A* that means an extra 3.3 HOURS of scooping. If you happen to hit a significant number of unscoopable stars, that extra refueling time goes up significantly because less of it overlaps with the FSD cooldown timer. A more realistic number would be more like and extra 5 or 6 hours of scooping. Just scooping... scooping. If you really enjoy scooping, that could be a bonus I guess.

But what about the extra time spend jumping in a Cobra, you ask? The 2LY range difference amounts to about an extra 40 minutes spent jumping from Sol to Sgr A* and back. So in a race, the Cobra would win by about 5 HOURS.

I don't see an issue there. An A3 fuel scoop is very well sufficient. An A4 fuel scoop, heck, that's why I use on my Python. On my Cobra, it feels like pure luxury because A2 would be too small and if I have to use a class 4 compartment, I may very well just use the biggest fuel scoop that fits in there. *shrug*

I am more concerned by the compromises the Courier has to do for a class 3 fuel scoop. But it is hard to say because of the heat bug that makes fuel scooping impossible, so I haven't yet any any practical experience travelling longer distances in the Courier.

The difference in scoop rate is actually quite significant. In a Cobra I can refuel before the FSD cooldown timer is up. In an DB that will be an extra 6 seconds of refueling. How about a deal? Your Diamondback gets one of the class 3 modules upgraded to class 4 (yes you may also put in a shield instead to partially offset its by default rather weak shields), and my Courier gets class 4 thrusters? :)

That fuel scoop is really the biggest downer. Well, that and the internals... Having just returned from my first medium range outing in a T6, I definitely would NOT want to be scooping more than I already was.

I would think you would want a higher maneuverability over a faster ship. The Courier is already fast. But if that is what you really really want ;) Ha, now all we have to do is convince FD...

If you fit a decent class 5 scoop to the T6, you shouldn't need to worry about scooping longer than the FSD cooldown.

Well, if you ask me I want both. :D Plus, the Courier is only really fast when stripped down. As soon as you put serious equipment into it, it easily drops below 400m/s boost speed. It suffers disproportionally from any mass put onto the bare frame because of the optimized/maximum mass mechanic.
