did 2.4.3 made it worst

today after 2.4.3 came out but made the game worst more crash when opening map alot of disconnect and old Direct3D cannot lock to buffer error.come on elite dont tell me you like windows making each update worst

Remove your GPU / Videocard overclock. Or downclock it 50mhz if it is not overclocked.

If you have an NVidia card, then look into NVidia Inspector.

I don't claim to be an expert on such stuff, but it seems to me the "Direct3D cannot lock to buffer" issue is a result of advancing graphics technology, and is not likely to go away any time in the future. It has been and will be a recurring pain in the butt for anyone not on the leading edge.

The 2.4. was perfect tech wise, I had no problems in game or patching.

Also you didnt give any details on your computer.
