What requirements are needed to receive the weekly 50 million Cr?

I had 10k merits before this cycle started and this is my first week being at ranked 5.

You get it the week after, like a job they don't pay you in advance.

10k merits at end of cycle = rank 5.

1 week at rank 5 = 50 mill.

Yep, you'll get them next thursday.


Last week, you were rank X, and at the start of this week, you were paid for having been rank X last week.

You also turned in 10k merits last week. That's great, now you've been promoted to rank 5 this week. You will be paid for being rank 5 at the end of the week.

Continue to turn in at least about 5,000 merits/week to maintain that rank 5.
