Did PS4 get Cobra Mk IV?

There are Mk4 NPCs in all the versions.

If we do get the Cobra MK4 on PlayStation, it's a great multipurpose ship and when upgraded and engineered, it can be a beast.

I'm aiming to get a good roll on the Clean Drives or Dirty Drives upgrade, and a Grade 5 FSD upgrade

I call that the "Ion Storm" Hud Colour option, named after the same colour option for the HUD in the game Deus Ex.
It was damn nice back then and is damn nice now! Great choice ZippyGG.
Will we ever get to have an in game way of changing HUD colours? I don't know but it would be very cool. I hope FD implements it at some point.

As for the Cobra MkIV, don't worry about it, the MkIII is still the best out of the two!

What I find weird and maddening, is I swear I've seen some Cobra Mk4s in-game, flown by the AI.

What else was FDev supposed to do with all the extra mk4's they had at the end of the promotion. They got a hugh tax write off by donating them to the police.

I think the Cobras are part of my soul, now. I really want a Mk4. Really, really, really want one.
