It's very common, along with the wedding barges, scan them to find a wanted one if you want some fun.

I saw a wedding barge one like that today. was severely tempted to do the groom the best favour he'll ever get and blow it to hell

Also surely there must be something that you can do with these finds other than simply attacking them for no real gain other than a price on your head?l
