Did the First Discovered tags wipe?

Did/Do the First Discovered tags wipe?
I've not been in game for some time now so I could have just missed it.

I bookmarked a bunch of my First Discovery Systems and planets.
I was just checking out the map and noticed that all of them have new names listed as the First Discovered By:
I figured if I managed to get a First Discovered it would stick around.

I haven't played too much lately so I may not be the best source but I think they wiped them when they released the update that included the new scanning mechanisms. I could be completely wrong so take it with a grain of salt. But if your first discovered systems were discovered before that update then it's possible because a couple of mine were missing also. Can't emphasize enough that I could be completely wrong about that.

No, they should not have been wiped. When the new FSS scanning and Mapping protocols were introduced, some older Discovered By Tags were accidentally over-written, but these were supposed to have been fixed in subsequent updates.

If you have any evidence of your prior claim (like an old screenshot of the system map showing your original claim, plus what it looks like now) post a ticket and FD can correct it.

Note 1: if your First Discoveries were made back in that period immediately after 3.0 went live, then it is actually your First Discovery Tags that were in error, and the ones showing now are the true, earlier claimants.

Note 2: Tags claimed during a Beta do not count, but I assume, since you mention "bookmarking" them, that this is not the case, since things bookmarked in Beta wold not remain bookmarked during the live game.
