So I whined a bunch about the grind for the Guardian fighters.
I cheesed the data grind. Scan one terminal, log out log in, scan again. Rinse repeat.
The beacon is easy peasy.
I brought a friend to fly about in a DBX to shoot Guardian Sentinels while I powered up pylons and got my Fighter segments.
Grinding the mats on site was easy. I'd aggro the Sentinels, he'd light them up and I'd pick up the pinata guts. Tried it on my own and felt a bit like an air hockey puck.
Now I have my bling bling Trident that makes fancy lights when I'm haz res farming at CG's and I'm happy. I have no idea if 8dps is damage per shot, or if that's nerfed vs. human npcs - but so what it looks cool. It is only npcs in a haz res, not really something to worry about.
So please accept my humble apology for complaining about the process. It ain't so bad and the flashy little Chig fighter is a ton of fun.
