Did the ultimate nerd thing

You know, I looked at the Obutto a lot but, in the end, this whole set up cost me *maybe* $250 not counting cost of HOTAS/Monitors/Peripherals

I have an Obutto and have never looked back, coupled with my Vive I can honestly say I have never experienced anything like it before. The position aligns almost perfectly with the game and the sense of presence is extraordinary.

I've yet to have a friend over who hasn't been speechless.

It is heavy, big, but it's never going to break. Cable management is an issue especially if you have a wheel too but a bit of care and thought is all that's needed.

9/10 from me.

Well I have.....an Xbox 360 controller and a wooden kitchen chair.

It's ergonomic, comfortable and cheap, I even have a cushion for my bottom!

After a couple of hours play I need a chiropractor to extract me from my seat but that's half the fun :)

Lucky you!

I have a floor. Lol

Sofa is too far from the TV to see properly, kitchen bar stool are too high. A Footstool is also too high (I'm tall).
So I kneel. After several hours, I can't get up again. Lol

My girlfriend won't let me have a desk. Or play games.
ED is my secret. Lol
