It is very good photoshop however
It's because of how they did the portraits for the scientists. very simple style and straight facing portrait, like a mug shot. I have no doubt modders could put anyone there after release and still make it look like it was always part of the pool of mug shots xD
Anyway I can only go by what he said in a video sometime after it first went around. That it's not in the game. shrugs
